• Floor is made from 2 sheets of seam welded 2.5mm checker plate rolled (this means no joins where sides meet floor) to make 300mm sides and is welded to chassis every 80-100mm
• Heavy duty chassis that has crossmember spacing of 300mm with extra cross members welded in down the centre of the trailer
• Tie down rails welded on front/rear/sides
• Front and rear tailgates that can be easily removed
• * 1000mm cage with gates front and rear that can be easily removed (cage is fixed to trailer using 4 bolts and 2 stabilizer bolts so it can be removed/replaced in 5 mins)
• Drawbar is 100x50x3mm RHS with a length of 1800mm (long enough to put toolbox on)
• Suspension is heavy duty 60mm roller rocker springs (6 leaf x 60mm)
• Axles are heavy-duty solid 45x45mm
• 4 wheel 10inch electric brakes fitted with electric breakaway unit 
• Wheels and tyres are brand new Light truck 14inch steel mag wheels
